Comparing different versions of computer-aided detection products when reading chest X-rays for tuberculosis

This is the first study that compares the newer versions of the WHO-reviewed CAD products, qXR and CAD4TB. Both new software versions exceeded the performance of their WHO-evaluated previous versions and met the TPP targets. Version updates arise rapidly, can involve large changes in the underlying neural network, and are rolled out globally.
